Ive always wanted a tropical fish tank, is it better to start small and upgrade or go straight for a big one - tropical fish tanks
I've read many books on tropical fish tanks, and always wanted one but was too busy with kids and travel, etc. Now our whole family does not move at least 20 years and our kids are toddlers and l love the idea with the fish . So, we're ready.
You do not want a tank with cold water as a goldfish a special attraction for me and Poo too!
Im not ready or experienced enough to manage a saltwater aquarium, although I know they are awesome. We would like a tank full of colorful tropical fish and plants.
So the question is ... Do you think that the best start with a small tropical aquarium about 2 meters? then see how it goes as it should be with maintenance, temperature, various types of fish trusts, etc. .... Or should I to the end and give the score 4-5 with a big closet?
Can anyone recommend a filter and what are the best for low noise?

Larger tanks are handled actually easier in some ways. To ride safely easier. Read more about the nitrogen cycle and patience during the cycles of the tank. It usually takes about a month. For more information about the types who work well together and go slowly. One or two fish at once.
I placed my first gallons and is 10, with four guppies in it (so far). I like them, are very colorful and very stable. The only problem is that they like crazy to breed. I he wanted to win at least 20 gallons because accommodate, I liked to be able, 6-8 shallows and a few other schools.

It's really up to you, I started small and gradually increase the size of my tank. Juwel tanks are the best I've found that are most aquarium stores and many garden centers sell a starter kit, it usually includes the tank, filters, lighting and heating can a little money. I suggest you at your local store, and analyze the opportunities and advice there by the staff.
I wanted a lot of fish and in my case, has a first smaller. I think (unless you have a budget), you should better the quality of the smaller tank, so you get an idea to have fish at home ....
